ANAZYME CONCENTRATE
Enzymes are proteins with catalytic activity. Fibrolytic enzymes are enzymes that hydrolyse Non-Starch Polysaccharides present in plant cell wall. Ruminant diets have relatively high amounts of forage, which contains cell wall fractions that have complex links and limit their degradation. Slow or incomplete digestion of fibrous substrates limits the overall digestive process in the rumen and can significantly influence dairy animal performance. Insoluble cell wall content in forages could be about 40-70% of total dry matter which has the potential to be digested through enzymatic activity. Addition of combination of exogenous fibro lytic enzymes such as Alpha Amylase, Cellulase, Xylanase, Beta glucanase, Beta Mananase, Hemicellulase, Lipase, Pectinase & Protease to the diets of dairy animals results in increased digestibility of agricultural residues.
